When we get a group of young ladies together on a team the first thing we tell them is that they are now sisters. We help them be to brave, to be a leaders, to support those in need by helping to pick up your teammate when they are down.
This moment was captured on closing day by another coach, Shamara, and when we saw it Laura and I felt like we succeeded in our coaching efforts.
