Congrats to both 12U mountain dream teams today. 12UB took home the trophies with 3rd place…

12UC took home first place in a fantastic game with ups and downs which ultimately ended in a great game with some awesome Dream plays.

Forget the trophies though, coach Travis won the most impressive medal of all.. The Strawberry Jam winners ring, I hope he wears it to work!

Congrats Mountain Dream 12U for killing it this weekend!

Congratulations to the 2019 Panthers 6/7 grade softball team for an undefeated season and earning the title of 2019 CCAL  7th Grade Softball Champions. Their success continued through the end of the season tournament and they achieved winning first place.

When we get a group of young ladies together on a team the first thing we tell them is that they are now sisters. We help them be to brave, to be a leaders, to support those in need by helping to pick  up your teammate when they are down.

This moment was captured on closing day by another coach, Shamara, and when we saw it Laura and I felt like we succeeded in our coaching efforts.

Hats off to her parents Marette and Andy, #STRONGWORK

Ava Barret homered driving in two runs to help seal the victory for the 14U team.

This was their first game of the season and they ended up winning 9-1.

We had a wonderful thriller of a ball-game to kick off the 12U season, with the Jesters beating the Blue Lightning 11-10 on a 2-run walkoff.

Violet Sanfield had a momentum changing shoestring catch in left field of a scorched line drive from Naomi Sifton in the top of the last inning to keep the game close.  Then Violet came up in the home half, down a run, runners on second and third, as darkness overtook the proceedings, and calmly smashed a base hit to left center for the win!

Olivia Renouf volunteered to help with Skills Evaluation on Saturday, and she went above and beyond.

She worked tirelessly with the team running the drills for both 10u and 12u. She  played every position asked of her, shagged balls, refilled bucket after bucket of balls for the coaches, plus any task asked of her…and she did it with a smile.

Things would not have run as smoothly if we didn’t have such a willing and talented young lady by our side.

Thank you Olivia for spending your birthday with us.

Smart ladies make smart plays!

Congratulations to all the Mountain Dream honor roll recipients from back in November last year.

We are so proud of your dedication  to doing your best on and off the field!

It’s not about how many you win by but how you play the game and even though it was 15-0 to Mountain Dream 12U everything came together and the play was sensational.

Congrats team On one of the memorable moments of the fall ball season, you all payed amazing and congrats coaches, your hard work is payed off on this occasion!

This one is from a couple of weeks ago but still fresh in everyone’s mind.

Not only did Helaina make considerably the best play of the weekend (hard grounder she wore just under her chin) but, threw a complete game in the Championship for the victory!

Oh, and I guess she DID hit that bomb that went into the parking lot….
